Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and attended Ohio State University School of Medicine on the Health Profession Scholarship Program that took me to the Air Force and Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio Tx for internal medicine, hematology and oncology training. Four years as director of the fellowship program completed my obligation and we moved (my wife and 4 children) to Missoula in 1995. I love doctoring the people of western Montana. Wonderful patients and colleagues. When not seeing patients or hanging with family you can find me moving through the mountains.
